Everybody loves New Brunswick potatoes. Potatoes can
be adapted to meet everybody’s tastes. For example, fish dishes just
aren’t the same without them. And, meat and poultry are enhanced when
served with potatoes.
We’ve come a long way since the comment by an
Englishman named Thomas Heriot, who said “When you cook or boil them
they make very good food”. Times have changed, but the truth of that
statement has not changed.
