About The Trade Show

Potatoes New Brunswick and the N.B. Department of Agriculture & Aquaculture are pleased to co-sponsor the NB Potato Conference and Trade Show 2009. The event will be held on February 3 and 4, 2009 at the Eagles Nest in Woodstock, N. B.

We will have a large open carpeted area to accommodate exhibits (10’ X 10’), easily accessible and with no height restrictions. The Trade Show will be open to growers each morning at 8:00 a.m., during lunch hours and coffee breaks, as well as during the wine & cheese reception on February 3 after the conference.

Doors of the Hall will be open on the afternoon of February 2 for exhibitors who wish to set up early. Refreshments during breaks will be served throughout the Trade Show area. The wine and cheese reception will also be held in the Trade Show area on February 3.

If you wish to promote your company and your products and would like to exhibit at the Trade Show, please complete the attached form and return it to us with payment on or before December 19, 2008 to reserve your spot. Allocation of booth spaces will be on a first come first serve basis for paid exhibitors. We will promptly send you a receipt as soon as we receive your payment which will serve as your confirmation.

The fee for each booth space is $500.00 plus HST ($565.00); you can also order a skirted table with 2 chairs for an additional $70.00 plus HST (booth with table and 2 chairs) ($ 644.10). Please make your cheque or money order payable to Potatoes New Brunswick.

We also invite you to be a Coffee Break Sponsor, at the rate of $400 for a half sponsorship or $800 for a full sponsorship. If you wish to sponsor another part of the event, (ex: meals, speakers …..) please contact us by telephone; we will be pleased to accept your donation and discuss the terms of your contribution.

We also ask that you send us, BY EMAIL ONLY, a copy of your company logo to be displayed in the abstract book given at the door. All paid booth exhibitors and sponsors will have their company logo displayed in the book.

PLEASE NOTE: IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, A REFUND WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE IF WRITTEN NOTICE IS RECEIVED BEFORE JANUARY 23, 2009.
